Nothing Much

You know what's going to be awesome about this semester in college? All my classes are in one building. Seriously. It's great.

Other than that, I've not been up to much. Reading a bit here and there, doing a spot of writing, just making it day by day, as well all do.

Something I realized tonight: I despise X-Men: Evolution so much I derive energy from it.

Now, I know that at some point, it's possible a fan of the series, of which there are many, might read this and jump on me for it. So I'll just tell you where I'm coming from.

I grew up with the blatantly superior X-Men cartoon. You know, the early nineties one with the epic theme music and the heroes' names superimposed onto the screen while the openening played? Maybe that's why I just can't stomach this one. ... That, and I will forever hold the pigs behind it responsible for sissyfying Nightcrawler in the eyes of the general populace.
